If you're an experienced barista:

• Producing consistently high-quality coffee.
• Texturing silky, consistent milk.
• Maintaining workflow during busy service.
• Understanding that speed should never come at the expense of quality.
• Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout the day.

Or perhaps you're a hospitality superstar:

Maybe you've worked in restaurants, cafés or customer service and don't yet have specialty coffee experience.

If you genuinely love looking after people, have a strong work ethic and are excited to learn, we'd love to teach you the coffee side.

We're looking for people who already have:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
• Confidence speaking with customers.
• The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• A willingness to learn and grow.

Qualified Chef

At Sweet Talk, we're building more than a café. We're creating a space where incredible food, exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality come together to create an experience people can't wait to come back for.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Qualified Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in their work.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just keep up with service, they help drive it.

About You

You have experience working in busy kitchens where consistency, organisation and speed matter. You know how to stay calm under pressure, communicate well with your team and adapt quickly as service changes.

You take ownership of your section, but you're also the type of person who naturally jumps in wherever you're needed.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Chef or highly experienced Cook.
• Experience working in fast-paced café or restaurant kitchens.
• Confident working across multiple stations during service.
• Able to move between prep, service and plating with ease.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Calm, efficient and composed during busy periods.
• A team player who enjoys supporting those around them.
• High attention to detail and pride in consistency.
• Passion for creating food that looks as good as it tastes.
• A genuine desire to continue learning and growing with the business.
